Pricing & payment
Prices may change and are subject to currency fluctuations. Unless stated otherwise, quotations exclude taxes, handling, delivery and applicable government charges.
Delivery
Products are shipped ex-warehouse Dubai unless otherwise agreed. Delivery timings are estimates and part deliveries may constitute separate supplies.
Inspection, risk & title
Purchasers should inspect products promptly. Risk transfers upon delivery or collection, while title remains with VAD until all monies owing have been paid.
Returns & warranties
Returns are handled under VAD’s returns policy. Products are covered by applicable supplier warranties; software products remain subject to their relevant licence agreements.
Intellectual property & confidentiality
Intellectual property remains with VAD or its suppliers. Confidential information may only be used for purposes related to orders and must be protected from unauthorized disclosure.
Compliance
Purchasers must comply with applicable export control, anti-bribery and trade regulations in the UAE and the relevant country of import.
Governing law
The terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, UAE.
